Artemide celebrates Tizio's 50th anniversary with a special version in Richard Sapper's favorite red (5000 numbered pieces worldwide). Tizio is not only a masterpiece of Artemide collection but also an icon of Italian design. Designed 50 years ago, it is still absolutely contemporary also thanks to a new integrated Led source. Tizio table lamp designed by Richard Sapper in 1972. It is a masterpiece of industrial design. It has been selected for the Compasso d'Oro industrial design award in 1979. Also is a part of the contemporary collections of many museums around the world. The position and the direction of the bulb can be adjusted thanks to two counterweights.
