Rodolfo Dordoni designed the Chapeaux table lamp, a refined and elegant lamp in which the elements of the composition have been reduced to a minimum.
Chapeaux M (the M - metal, denotes the material from which the diffuser is made) with diffuser in painted steel, grey, ochre or dark red on the outside and glossy white on the inside to increase light reflection. The central cylindrical body in borosilicate glass it is open at the ends. The light source manufactured by Foscarini to create a radiant light, is embedded in a white polycarbonate shell which is the luminous "heart" of the lamp.
A brushed aluminum rod mounted on the top of the body is the touch dimmer that controls the light. The light intensity can be adjusted to three different levels and retains the memory of the last light intensity selection.
