Chouchin is a japanese word for traditional paper and bamboo lanterns as luminous signage of venues, or as a good chance charm to hang outside homes. Chouchin lamps suggests the image of a familiar object that takes on modern, essential style thanks to exceptional craftsmanship. The diffuser is a double of blown glass that tapers to a rim in the lower portion. First created as a suspension lamp, Chouchin is now available in a wall version as well, with the white blown glass in half to project warm, soft light onto surfaces. The metal detail on the top is available in white, gold or graphite.
